Question: We are an Appraiser Management Company (AMC). Can we get listed at GetBestAppraiser.com?
Answer: We are not allowing AMC's to list because that hurts our other appraisers.

Question: : Can we buy 1st position at GetBestAppraiser.com?
Answer: We are first-come, first-serve. Unlike some other sites, we don't sell the top positions to the highest bidder. Positions are going fast so click here to sign up now! Should someone listed above you decide not to renew their listing, you could even move up.

Question: I signed up, but now someone is listed in front of me that wasn't there before.
Answer: Your application is date and time stamped by our system. This means that though you may have appeared to be listed first in San Diego County, California when you applied, you may be second or third 2 days later, because someone applied the day before you, and we were waiting for their payment to arrive or we were checking the Appraisers information to enable their listing.
